  1. What is Zoom Mobile Tire Dealers?
  2. We are a tire company that provides installation of new tires at your choice of schedule and location. We provide tires and services for all types of cars, trucks, SUVs, ATVs and commercial fleets. . We are able to obtain most of the tire brands. Ordering of tires can be done in the convenience of your home or office. We provide services with state of the art equipment wherein most cases, you need not be present or we don’t have to enter your car.

  3. Is there a service charge or delivery fee associated with my tires?
  4. This is a service where there are no hidden fees for delivery of your tires. We are able to install all tire brands at competitive pricing. We will always attempt to price match a quote from another tire company.

  5. Do you align my tires?
  6. Although highly recommended, no current tire company does this. Your tires are balanced by a machine just like those used in any shop. We have state of the art equipment and perform the same functions as any tire company.

  7. What if I have TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) on my tires?
  8. We are able to reset the sensors, however, it will require entrance into the vehicle. We can also change damaged/bad sensors.

  9. What are the installation requirements?
  10. Your vehicle needs to be on a level surface with 4-5 feet of space on all sides. Wheel lock keys must be made available please.

  11. I don’t feel qualified to determine the right tires for my vehicle and to purchase them online?
  12. You may contact us at (855) 553-9666 from Mondays to Fridays between 8AM-5PM to speak with our tire installation specialist who can assist you with your tire purchase.

  13. What are the markings on the side of my tire?
  14. We have provided a key to decode the tires that are currently on your car.

    These numbers for P-metric and Euro-Metric tires include width, aspect ratio, construction type, rim diameter, Load Index, Performance Rating and other pertinent information that is required to meet or exceed the vehicle manufacturers recommendations. Light Truck tires will include these, plus Load Range or Ply-rating, which is listed as a letter such as B,C,D,E, etc. Again, please do not hesitate to contact one of our tire specialist with any questions regarding your tire purchase.
  15. Do I have to be present to have my tires changed?
  16. No, as long as there are no wheel locks on your vehicle or TPMS (tire pressure monitor) to be reset.

  17. Are you able to change tires on trucks or SUVs?
  18. Our equipment has the capability of changing tires on large trucks and SUVs up to size 28.

  19. Do you provide warranties on the tires?
  20. Yes, we do. It is highly recommended and there is an additional charge associated with the warranty.

  21. What happens to my old tires?
  22. We will take your old tires and dispose of them in an environmentally safe fashion.

  23. What if I own a sports car or a luxury vehicle?
  24. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows us to safely change tires on any car, including sports cars that are low to the ground.
